  Step by step booking process

STAGE 1: Your Travel Enquiry

 
At the enquiry stage you are under NO obligation when you submit any details to Lets See NZ.
 
There are two options available for you when sending us an enquiry
 

Option 1: Build your own personal Itinerary.

  • Browse Letseenz.co.nz to find your required travel options (i.e.) Rental motorhomes/cars, Accommodation or any activities you may be interested in.
  • Once you have found an item fill in all required details and add this enquiry to “your enquiries List”
From here you have the option to continue browsing the site or to send “your enquiries list” to Lets See NZ and we will confirm receipt of these details and process your itinerary. At any point before you send these details, you may add, amend or delete any item from your list.
 

Option 2: Send us your request/s

  • Send us a request / enquiry using the Contact Us form indicating your preferences and entering any notes / special requests etc.
We will respond to your requests and we may include a number of suggestions that will provide further information for your consideration. Once you are happy with your itinerary you can then move onto the booking process. We suggest you read our Terms and Conditions before making your final decision to make a booking.
 
 

STAGE 2: Booking Your Unique Holiday

 
Once we have developed the costs for your itinerary please read over the quotes that we have sent you to make sure everything is as you requested. Once accepted we will provisionally book your items awaiting receipt of your deposit. These provisional bookings will be available for 48 hours only.
 

Deposit Payment Options

  • Credit card: We accept credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard & American Express. A 1.65% surcharge applies to any payments made by Visa & Mastercard and a 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express payments. Please use our fully secure Credit Card Payments form to ensure total safety of these details.
  • Cheque: Payment via cheque only available to New Zealand residents.
  • Bank Transfers: If you prefer to pay using a Bank Transfer, please contact us for our Bank account details.
When making any payments, please quote your unique booking reference number.  All payments must be made out to Travel Planners New Zealand Ltd.
 

Final Payment

 
Your New Zealand holiday experience is now very close. If you have elected to make your payments by credit card, we will process your final payment on the due date. If you wish to make other arrangements for payment please contact us. If you would like to make this payment by Bank Transfer, please ensure that it reaches our bank by due date. A final confirmation will be sent to you once this payment has been received.
 

Your Travel Documents

 
  • We can arrange for your travel documents to be delivered to your accommodation, rental vehicle depot or any private or business address in NZ nominated by you.
  • Travel Documents can also be sent via email or fax.
